One program I worked on while I was an intern at Compass Church was called "The Bridge" - a new college group to bring together like-minded young adults. The concept was eventually abandoned, I had already put together a range of graphics to showcase the look of the potential group.
In concept, the idea for the group was for it to be a mix between a traditional small group and a social media group. The idea being that many young adults are highly attached to social media, so if you could somehow combine that in-person social experience with constant, well produced content on social media you could find great success.
