In June of 2017 I was hired to design a video package for Bolt Fitness Supply, a fitness equipment company out of Houston, Texas.
Prior to this project I had a fairly limited knowledge of the various glow effects in After Effects, but this project gave me a chance to change that. I played with dozens of effects and overlays until I got the final effect (seen below), including adding some subtle light flares to give the glow effects a more 'real' look.
